Our old pal Kyle Chapman is sad. Apparently PayPal has been added to the list of online financial processors who will no longer do business with him. According to a post on his Instagram, Based Stickman is begging his fans and friends to send him donations via regular snail mail. Ever the genius that he is, this juiced up multiple felon decided to give out his actual PO Box.
